Frequently Asked Questions

  • What services does your company offer?

We lift & level sunken concrete. We remove & replace concrete. We also caulk cracks & joints.

  • Do you service my area?

We go all over Michigan. Let us take your information and we will have the nearest sales rep in your area reach out to you as soon as possible.

  • How do you raise the concrete? What kind of Material do you use?

We drill 1 inch holes approximately every 3 feet or so depending on the voids under the concrete and how the slab has to be raised. We saw-cut your joints to isolate the slabs being raised. We pump a crushed ag lime, water, and Portland cement mix under the concrete through those 1 inch holes, filling the cavities. Once the Lime mixture has nowhere else to go, it raises the concrete back up to its original pour. After we are finished lifting and filling, we backer rod the holes, clean up our mess, and patch the holes using a vinyl patch concrete mix.

  • How long do I have to stay off my concrete after you level it?

You may walk and/or drive on the concrete right away in most cases. You are advised not to park on leveled slabs for a short period of 24 hours. If your job is one of the few where you must stay off longer, our team of professionals will let you know.

  • Do you need to pull a permit to level concrete?

In most cases, NO you do NOT need a permit to level your existing concrete. If you are one of the very few cases that does need a permit, our sales team will let you know.
